Introduction
Oracene is an AI workspace for research, drafting, and decision support. This Privacy Policy explains how Oracene collects, uses, and protects information for the website and app.
As Oracene evolves, our practices may change. We will update this page when material changes are made.
Data Collected
We process account and authentication data such as email address, user ID, session information, and Supabase-authenticated account status.
We process chat content, assistant responses, optional uploaded files, conversation history, usage counters, timestamps, route/model metadata, and operational logs needed to run and support the service.
If you use voice features, your browser may ask for microphone permission. Voice input and related audio may be processed for transcription, AI response generation, playback, abuse prevention, and usage-limit enforcement.
If you upload files or images, Oracene processes those uploads so the assistant can analyze or respond to them. Uploads may be sent to configured model or infrastructure providers as needed to provide the requested feature.
If web search is enabled, search prompts and related results may be processed through configured search providers.
How Data Is Used
We use data to provide the product, maintain account access, preserve chat history, monitor reliability, investigate abuse, enforce usage limits, and respond to support requests.
We may review limited account, usage, and operational information to troubleshoot bugs, maintain reliability, and improve the service experience.
Storage and Processors
Account and application data are stored primarily in Supabase, including authentication and app tables used for chat threads, messages, and related metadata.
Depending on the feature, prompts or content may be sent to model, infrastructure, or search providers to generate responses and operate the service.
Retention and Requests
Account and chat data are generally retained while your account is active so product features continue to work.
You may contact us to request access to or deletion of account-associated data, subject to verification and any legal, security, or fraud-prevention retention requirements.
Security
Oracene uses reasonable security measures for the service, including HTTPS, authenticated access, server-side secret handling, and access controls where configured.
No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless necessary.
