Oracene provides an AI-assisted private workspace for research, writing, and decision support. The product may include authentication, message history, usage limits, optional web search, and model-backed chat features.

Oracene features may evolve over time as the service is improved.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Oracene to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.

You also agree not to misuse rate limits, automation paths, account credentials, or account access.

AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it.

Oracene is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.

Service Availability

Oracene is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, accuracy, uninterrupted access, or preservation of all features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Plans and Account Access

Some Oracene features may require a specific account plan or approved access level. Applicable terms will be presented in the relevant account or support flow.

Plan availability and access levels may be adjusted as the service matures.

Accounts and Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, abused the service, or created legal or security risk.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of prompts, messages, files, and other content you submit, subject to the rights needed for Oracene to operate and improve the service.

Oracene retains all rights in the website, software, branding, integrations, and product design. ORACENE is a trademark of Oracene, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oracene and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount of fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or a nominal amount if no fees were paid, to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will attempt to resolve it in good faith.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
