You also agree not to misuse rate limits, automated access paths, or account credentials.
AI Disclaimer

Beta Status and No Warranties
Oracene is provided on an as is and as available basis during beta. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

Some Oracene features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Applicable fees will be shown before purchase.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges related to your purchase.
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law. During private beta, we may provide additional flexibility at our discretion.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period. You can cancel through your account billing settings (or by contacting support), and plan/pricing changes will be communicated in advance before they take effect.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if no payment, a nominal amount to the extent permitted by law).
Account Responsibilities and Termination
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, abused the service, or created legal/security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
